Connect Easyflex to ID Scan.
Verifizieren Sie sowohl bestehende als auch neue Flexworker in Easyflex. Wählen Sie bestehende Flexworker aus, um Verifizierungsanfragen gesammelt zu versenden, oder aktivieren Sie die automatische Verifizierung für neu hinzugefügte Flexworker. Nach erfolgreicher Verifizierung werden verifizierte Personen- und Ausweisdaten an Easyflex zurückgegeben und der versiegelte ID Scan-Verifizierungsbericht dem Ausweisdokument hinzugefügt.
Set up the Easyflex integration
The Easyflex integration can be configured directly from the ID Scan portal.
ID Scan Portal → Settings → API's and integrations → Integrations → Easyflex → Manage
Enter your Easyflex license key
Enter the Easyflex Dataservice license key. ID Scan uses this key to securely connect to your Easyflex environment.
Select an active Easyflex user
ID Scan retrieves the available active users from Easyflex. Select the user that should be used when identity documents are added to Easyflex.
Select the verification template
Choose the ID Scan template that should be used for new flexworkers. The portal automatically checks whether the template contains the fields required by Easyflex.
Enable automatic onboarding
Save the connection and enable automatic onboarding. ID Scan will then detect newly added flexworkers and start the verification flow automatically.
Easyflex template requirements
To create the verified identity document in Easyflex, the selected ID Scan template must return the information needed for the Easyflex identity document record. ID Scan checks these requirements when the integration is configured.
Required fields
These fields must be enabled in the selected template:
- ✓Document numberThe complete document number must be returned. A masked document number cannot be used to create the identity document in Easyflex.
- ✓Document expiry dateThe expiry date is used when the passport or identity card is registered in Easyflex.
If one of these fields is missing, the ID Scan portal will not allow the Easyflex integration to be saved with that template.
Recommended fields
For a complete employee record, we recommend also requesting given names, surname, date of birth, nationality and gender. BSN (personal number) is optional. If BSN is requested and available, ID Scan can add it to Easyflex when Easyflex accepts the value.
What happens automatically?
Bestehende und neue Flexworker
Wählen Sie bestehende Flexworker in Easyflex aus und senden Sie Verifizierungsanfragen gesammelt. Bei neuen Flexworkern kann ID Scan neue Einträge automatisch erkennen und den Verifizierungsprozess starten, ohne doppelte Verarbeitung.
Verification request created
When an email address or mobile number is available, ID Scan creates and sends the identity verification request using the configured template.
Result returned to Easyflex
After successful verification, verified personal data is updated and the identity document is created with its document number, validity date and sealed ID Scan PDF report.
Data exchanged with Easyflex
ID Scan only uses the Easyflex data required to detect the flexworker, send the verification request and return the verified result.
Credits and billing
Automatic Easyflex verifications use the available ID Scan credits on your account. If there are insufficient credits, new verifications are not started until credits are available again.

Support and troubleshooting
The template cannot be selected
Check that Document number and Document expiry date are enabled. The document number must be returned unmasked.
A flexworker does not receive a request
Check that an email address or telephone number is available for the flexworker in Easyflex. ID Scan waits until contact information is available.
A BSN was not updated
Easyflex validates BSN values and does not allow the same BSN to be assigned to another flexworker. A rejected BSN does not prevent the remaining verified identity information from being processed.
